What is the Navigation Program?

The Navigation Program provides immediate assistance to unaccompanied and pregnant or parenting youth aged 16-24 who are experiencing housing instability or homelessness. Our goal is to support these young individuals as they navigate the path to stable housing, offering personalized support and resources.

Key Features of the Program:

Individualized Safety and Service Plans:

Each youth receives a tailored plan to address their specific needs.

Mobile Case Management:

Our navigators work with youth directly in their communities, providing support where it’s needed most.

Connections to Community Resources:

We help youth access various local resources to aid in their journey toward stability.

The primary aim of the Navigation Program is to help at-risk and homeless youth develop independent living skills, prevent entry into the homeless service system, and facilitate a rapid exit into safe, permanent housing.
